NOTIFICATION :  In the days before your broadcast, information about your feed will be sent to stations around the country using respected outlets including the Associated Press Newswire.  Telephone calls will be made and faxes sent to stations in key markets as defined by the client.  The stations will be contacted as much as necessary to ensure they are aware of your story.

MONITORING :  For weeks after your broadcast, you will receive reports showing what portion of your VNR was used, by whom, and when.  This is done using SIGMA technology – an invisible code is added to your tape enabling the monitoring systems to follow your video.
